How much is shipping?

Shipping’s on us! Get free standard U.S. delivery in 3–5 days. In a hurry? Grab 2-day expedited shipping for $15.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. A heads up: some orders are fulfilled through Amazon's logistics network, so your tracking link may look Amazon-branded. Rest assured, you ordered directly from us — a certified small, woman-owned business in Fort Worth, TX. Amazon is simply the shipping muscle behind the scenes. 💪
How are art prints packaged?

Wall art is packaged with protective chipboard to keep corners crisp and protect the prints from getting bent in transit.
Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship to locations in the US.
Will everything in my order ship together?

It depends on what you ordered! Most individual prints and card sets ship through Amazon's fulfillment network. Hand-signed prints, bundles and select items are packed and shipped directly by us from Fort Worth. If your order includes both, you may receive two separate shipments — and two separate tracking numbers. No need to worry if one arrives before the other; they're both on their way!

What payment methods does Mod Day Art accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Email orders@moddayart.comas soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll adjust or cancel it for you.
Do you charge sales tax?

Are Mod Day Art prints made in the USA?

Yes. Every piece is illustrated, printed, and packed in Fort Worth, Texas.
What kind of paper do you use?

We primarily print on two papers: premium 270 gsm FSC-certified cardstock, or 100% recycled Speckletone Kraft/White. Each product page notes which paper it uses.
Do the prints come framed?

All wall art ships unframed so you can choose your own frame style. Standard sizes like 8×10 and 11×14 make it easy to find frames at any home goods store.
What sizes are available?

Art prints are generally offered in 8×10" and 11×14". Scripture cards are typically 4.25×5.5". Hand-signed editions are available in 8×10" only. Full specs are listed on each product page.
Do you offer custom sizes or personalized text?

Our ready-to-ship prints aren't customizable, but we do take commissions. If you'd like a custom piece, just drop us a line!
Are your designs original?

Yes—each piece is hand-illustrated by Michael. We've got some awesome videos on the site where you can watch the drawings come to life. Definitely worth a look!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

Enjoy a 30-day Love-It Guarantee. If you're not happy, return the item for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?

Head over to https://account.moddayart.comto start your return through our Self-Serve Return Portal. The portal will walk you through the rest—easy and hassle-free!
Who pays return shipping?

You'll cover return shipping, but we make it easy. You'll get a prepaid return label through the Self-Serve Return Portal, and the shipping cost is simply deducted from your refund or store credit. More details on our Refund Policy page.
What if my print arrives damaged?

If your art shows up bent, crumpled, or otherwise beat up, you don't need to send it back. Just snap a photo of the damage (and the packaging if possible), email us at orders@moddayart.com with your order number and photos, and we'll ship a free replacement ASAP. We've got your back. ✌️
