We accept returns within 45 days of purchase.

Here’s how it works:

Head over to https://account.moddayart.com to start your return through our Self-Serve Return Portal.
You can request a return, print your shipping label, and track the process—all in one place.
---> Just a note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 1 business day.

💡Note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition to be eligible for a refund.

Prefer the old-school way? You can always email us at orders@moddayart.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.

🚚 About Return Shipping

When you use our Self-Serve Return Portal, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label—so no need to pick a carrier yourself (we take care of that part for you!).

If you’d rather use your own shipping method or preferred carrier, you’re totally welcome to do that—just shoot us an email at orders@moddayart.com, and we’ll help you out manually.

Either way, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

🚚 Damaged in Shipping? No Problem.

If your art shows up bent, crumpled, creased, or otherwise beat up, you don’t need to send it back.

Just follow these steps:

Snap a photo of the damage (and the packaging, if possible).
Email us at orders@moddayart.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll ship a free replacement ASAP — no need to return the damaged one.

🎁 Returning a Gift?

We’re happy to help with that too. As long as the item meets our return guidelines, we can issue you a gift card instead of a refund to the original purchaser.
