Every illustration sold by Mod Day Art is an original work created in-house by our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Our cocktail art collection — including all designs featured in our Illustrated Mixology Cocktail Flashcard series and individual art prints — is protected by a registered United States copyright.

All other artwork, designs, and content on this site are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
