Domestic Shipping Policy
ModDayArt.com orders are fulfilled via AMAZON Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Amazon stores, packages and ships all of our products. MCF provides fulfillment services for orders placed on ModDayArt.com. With MCF, our customers gain access to Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network. Amazon MCF handles the picking, packing, and shipping directly to customers for orders placed on ModDayArt.com. Orders are fully trackable with real-time updates for packages, and tracking information is provided to you regardless of carrier. Customers’ returns are sent directly back to Amazon.
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Free shipping option is automatically enabled for orders over $50

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
ModDayArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the Amazon to reconcile the shipment.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
